2. Samples:Sample production takes 12-15 days, we charge tooling cost USD10-20 per design, 1 or 2 samples per design. Tooling cost will be refunded when order is confirmed. Additional sample price is 3 times of order unit price.
3. Packing:1pc or pair per poly bag with paperboard, 12pcs or pairs into 1 poly bag. Custom packaging is available at an additional charge.
4. Delivery:30 days after confirmation of order and deposit received.
5.Guarantee:Defective goods may be returned or refunded within 3 months after shipment.
6. Custom-made item:Custom made items are most welcome. Counter samples charge is US$50-100 which will be refunded when order is confirmed.
